Our salmon is fed exclusively with feed which is free from:

  • growth hormones
  • GMOs
  • pesticides
  • heavy metals

The many certificates we have earned over the years reflect important ideas and show real action for the environment:

GLOBALG.A.P - (The Worldwide Standard for Good Agricultural Practices) covers the entire food production process and guarantees its safety and high quality. It also involves minimizing the harmful effects on the environment, reducing the use of chemicals, as well as social responsibility in production. All aquaculture products certified in accordance with the GLOBALG.A.P. norms are marked with a 13-digit identification number which allows you to recognize all certified manufacturers with the GLOBALG.A.P. certificate. You can find us in the GLOBALG.A.P. database, by entering our CoC 4056186627902.

EU Organic - (Organic Agriculture) obtaining the status of an organic farm means that we have met the stringent rules and requirements of the European Union regarding production, processing, transport and storage.

ASC - The Aquaculture Stewardship Council runs a certification and labelling programme for responsibly farmed seafood. ASC-certified farms need to demonstrate that they reduce environmental impacts, protect wildlife and support their employees and local communities. By choosing fish and shellfish with the ASC logo, you can rest assured that you are buying responsibly farmed and traceable seafood.

MSC -  Marine Stewardship Council. Wild, traceable, sustainable: the blue fish label is only applied to wild fish or seafood from fisheries that have been certified to the MSC Fisheries Standard, a science-based set of requirements for sustainable fishing.

IFS Food - (International Food Standard) holders of this certificate are subject to regular supervision of all production processes, which guarantees the highest level of product safety to end customers. It covers such areas as senior management responsibility, quality management system, production processes, resource management, measurements, analysis and improvement of production processes as well as food defense and independent inspections.

 

 

BRC Food - (British Retail Consortium) guarantees that the product offered to the consumer meets the legal and quality requirements regarding the product safety management system. BRC testifies that our products have successfully passed specialist tests and inspections. Required for introducing our products to chain stores.

FDA - (U.S. Food and Drug Administration) we meet the quality requirements for exporting our products to the US market.
